ACID RESISTANT CONTI SUITThis garment consists of the following: Jacket features:• Collared jacket.• Concealed aluminium zip closure.• 2 Open laid on waist pockets and 1 left breast pocket with a V flap, concealed metal press stud closure with pen division and a Dromex® sidewinder. • Seams are triple needle top stitched and stress points are re-enforced with bartacks for added durability. Pants features:• A concealed aluminium zip with metal button closure at waist.• Two fronts swing pockets and a rear open mitred pocket with Dromex® sidewinder. • Seams are triple needle top stitched and stress points are bartackedfor added durability.• Inner elasticated waist for optimum fit and flexibility with 5 belt loops.This garment is suitable for use in general work environments such as logistics, warehousing, chemical, cleaning, brewing industries, janitorial, and general-purpose applications.Special InstructionsNone of the materials or processes used in the manufacture of these products are known to be harmful to the wearer.The manufacturer has examined under the system for ensuring quality of production by means of monitoring and inspection. Actual conditions of use cannot be directly simulated in a test environ-ment therefore it is the responsibility of the end user and not the manufacturer or supplier to determine the garment suitability for the intended use.This garment should be thoroughly inspected before use to ensure no damage is present.SpecificationsStyle: Olive green, long sleeve jacket and pants suit.Fabric composition: 80% Polyester 20% Cotton.Mass:200gsm.Description Dromex® DW-ACID olive green jacket and pants suit is a strong, light-weight and durable work garment designed to provide the user with protection against acid splashes and mechanical hazards such as abrasion.The DW-CONTI suit is a blend of 80% polyester and 20% cotton which is an affordable alternative to100% cotton with the benefits of sturdiness, and colour fastness of polyester and comfort of the cotton.The fabric construction also features a fluorocarbon finish treatment technology which resists the effects of acid corrosion and also prevents wetting by acids or moisture in the event of accidental chemical spillage offering the user much-needed protection in the workplace.WarmWash 30CDo not useBleachCool IronDry CleanablePDo nottumble dryYKKPackaging, Storage & ObsolescenceDromex® DW-ACID are packed in individual polybags and sold as 10 unitsper carton.Should there be visible damage such as tears, it is recommended to replace the garment immediately.Cleaning & Maintenance• The following suggestions will help keep your garment neat and safe:• Polycotton garments can be cleaned by home cleaning or commercial laundering provided all the recommended conditions and settings are adhered to.• Should home procedures not remove contaminants, then dry cleaning is recommended. • Our recommended cleaning for these garments is as follows:- Pre-treat greasy stains and wash the garment in warm water with a light cleaning solvent.- Do not use Hypochlorite bleach or detergents containing Hypo- chlorite bleach. - Chlorine bleach may cause fading and reduce fabric strength.- Do not overload home laundry equipment.- Do not tumble dry garments.- Thoroughly rinse the garment to remove any wetting agents.- Do not hang in direct sun.- Sunlight can cause fading and reduce fabric strength.- Iron the garment on low heat.- When using commercial laundry aids, be sure to read and carefully follow the manufacturer’s instructions.• Note: Acid resistant garments when wetted with an acid and is allowed to dry or stand in its wetted state for a long period. However it will destroy the fabric and holes will become visible as after each wash the holes would fray wider.Should acids wet the garment, it should be washed and neutralised as soon as practically possible.
